Rebecca has lived workplace disruption more than once. She has been the frustrated job seeker — a portfolio of real, developed skills drowned out by algorithms and pay-to-play tactics. That experience is what shaped the mission, the voice, and every product decision at AI Burn Center.

The three pillars — Reality Check, Reframe, Forward — are not a framework she designed in a vacuum. They are the path she walked herself.

She faces the reality of the evolving marketplace and helps others do the same. She teaches the reframe — that the changes in the workplace can become an advantage, not a dead end. And she walks people forward. Because there is a next. A better. A new life beyond where your work life has been.

Her role at AI Burn Center: product development, mission integrity, instructor approval and content standards, and moderating the community so people are genuinely heard and seen.

Lucky Sandhu

Lucky came to the United States at nine years old from Punjab, India. His father didn’t come here for a job. He came here to build something. Lucky has that same entrepreneurship woven into him — alongside an American dream he has spent his life earning the right to claim. The belief that the American dream still exists is important to both of them.

The technical build of AI Burn Center belongs entirely to him. He knows Rebecca better than anyone, which made him the only person who could bring this vision to life through his vertical SaaS studio, DataSingh.ai. He recognized early what AI gives a builder — the ability to create code, design workflows, and deploy infrastructure at a pace that was never possible before. He used it to build something that matters.

His role: full-stack engineering and deployment, infrastructure, security and compliance architecture, ongoing development of the DataSingh.ai platform, and technical support for every user of Vouched and Forward.

AI Burn Center is the mission. The products are how we deliver it.
